As of September 26th, the proof of vaccination will have to be a QR code, either from a phone or print off, and a piece of valid government photo ID.

As of October 24th, proof of double vaccination and a piece of valid government photo ID is required.

For guests from other provinces and international guests, the following will be required:

People from other provinces or territories

You must be able to show:

Provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record.

Valid government photo ID.

International visitors

International visitors must be able to show:

Proof of vaccination they used to enter Canada.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund or 100% rollover of the deposit/full payment paid within 14 days of the tour booked will be issued if the BC Provincial or Canadian Government mandates a Travel restriction due to the pandemic. This policy does not cover personal decisions not to travel due to concerns about the virus when there are no government travel restrictions.  If the holiday booked is cancelled between 14 to 30 days before arrival a cancellation fee of !0% applies.  A full refund or 100% rollover of the deposit/full payment paid prior to 30 days before arrival will be issued for a cancellation for any reason.

Our procedures have changed but our guides/shuttle drivers, our local wine and food, and the beautiful landscapes of the Okanagan Valley have not. We are eager and ready to welcome you with the same warm and friendly hospitality you expect from Sagebrush Tours.
