The Historic Peachland School House has one of the largest known maternity colonies of Yuma and Little Brown bats in B.C – as many as 2,000 bats!
Before dusk, we take a short bat interpretive walk-through town. At dusk be awestruck as hundreds of bats emerge from the schoolhouse. You will even be able to hear the bats echolocating with a bat detector that will be available to tour participants. An evening of fun and excitement for the whole family. Available any day. 3 hours duration (one hour before dusk) – children welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult)
