Cancellation Policy
At Sagebrush Tours, we strive to offer flexible options for our guests. However, to ensure the quality of our tours and manage resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Peek Protect Coverage
You have the option to protect your experience through Peek Protect Coverage. This coverage is ONLY available if booking your reservation(s) online and cannot be added after your booking has already been confirmed.
Our Cancellation Policy Without Peek Protect
- Free Cancellation: If you cancel your booking at least two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled activity date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made between two weeks and 48 hours before your scheduled activity date, 25% of the booking fee will be retained, and you will receive a 75% refund.
- No Refund: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled activity date or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel with Sagebrush Tours
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to our customer service team at info@sagebrushtours.ca.
- Please include your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made in your cancellation request.
